The Challenge
Bank Victoria organized a running event with a target of around 10,000 participants. Tickets were sold through several channels: online, a referral network, and manual orders from the event team.
Every sale had to be recorded in one system, right through to race pack collection.

The Solution We Built
Online Tickets
Participants can register and pay from a phone or a desktop.
Referrals and Vouchers
Every sale is recorded against the referral code that brought it in.
Manual Orders
Offline orders from the event team go into the same system.
Race Packs and Admin Panel
Race pack collection is recorded for every participant and can be tracked from the admin panel.

Technology
We used React for the interface, Hono and PostgreSQL on the server, and Playwright for automated testing.

Tested Before Release
Automated tests run the ticket purchase flow on desktop and mobile, including the Indonesian version.
